i need fashion help please? and is thriftshops the way to go? i like to look nice but i'm on a frugal budget and i love name brand clothes, i live in saginaw mi, and i want to know if thriftshops are the way to go? how can i go about thrift shopping and putting a stylish wardrobe together, sort of like halle berry or audrey hepburn? i don't know how to shop so help me! thanks. i need fashion help please? and is thriftshops the way to go...
