Frugal living tip #22.

Silence Dogood here. Its Monday, and that means its time for another Frugal Living Tip here at Poor Richards Almanac. Todays theme is pack it in, and yes, Im talking about lunch.

I was totally grossed out yesterday by an article in the On the Cheap column of our local paper that profiled a guy who saved money by neither buying nor bringing his lunch to worknor, for that matter, skipping lunch. Instead, hed made a career out of dropping in at office parties in other departments, wolfing down as much as he could, then shoving extras as unobtrusively as possible into a plastic bag he always carried with him just for this purpose.
