I think it is important to ensure, that where one is being frugal when it comes to meals, that each meal contains sufficient nutrients.

There are no short cuts to good nutrition, and whilst I respect Molly's drive to be frugal, I would hope it is not at the expense of healthy eating.

Menu's that are planned in accordance with a dietician, to ensure that all the daily nutritional requirements are met, are a must.

That is true. We have to make sure that we are still serving healthy meals to our family despite the fact that we are trying to save. What is the point of saving money if your family will be sick because of unhealthy diet. Your savings would all go to hospital bills and medicines if you do that. Anyway, thanks for sharing in here and good day to all. Ciao.

Desperate time calls for desperate measures. People learned to save because of the recession but since the country has regained its economic status this shouldn't stop families from continuing their frugal lifestyle.

Now more than ever that families should even extend such change of lifestyle. With various countries currently at war, expect various international products like gasoline to go up creating a domino effect with local products. Don't waste everything you have right now, prepare for tomorrow.

I agree with you guys because I always believe that health is wealth. It's our only key to stay long in this world. What's the use of having a frugal living if it would lead you to a shorter lifetime? I know most of us are having financial crisis but we can make things work out. There are even more delicious and nutritious foods with cheaper prices. It's just a matter of how you handle your lifestyle.

Hi there!

I do have that hard time in managing my diet. I don't know why but I kept on struggling in the idea that I need to lose a lot of weight for me to consider my self a healthy one. I have tried hundreds of kinds of diet and exercise and I see my self being really mad on it.

Thank you so much and have a great day to all of you guys!
