Yahoo! Answers: anyone have a frugal way to cover house gutters? My landlord is an idiot-had gutters put on porch that was even with roof, gutters full of debris, rain got under eaves, rain pouring thru closets and light fixtures!Had new ceiling tile put in.Can't get him to understand.He is extremely cheap.Raised rent 6 years ago to pay for new garage , still waiting.Lots of promises , no actions.Still waiting for new garage that has leaked for 24 years. Maybe I should let him learn-no gutters cleaned, new ceiling next spring will be ruined.It just does not make sense.I asked for the plastic on wall around tub for years.finally it was so bad I asked if he would take a shower in there.Got it!We do pay below average rent, however we have lived here 24 years with broken window openers, one pane windows, no lights in garage and so many to mention.It always next spring, nest summer or whatever.Thanks anyone have a frugal way to cover house gutters?
