| There are these convenient foods that are not good for us at all. If you want to go frugal, better prepare your own food and try to plant some crops at the backyard just in case you need some spices for your dish. Better go for home cooked and healthy meals than be sorry at the end of the day. |
| When you conciser that you can buy this kind of food at the supermarket for practically nothing, you might think that you are saving yourself a lot of money, but in fact it will end up costing you a lot, as this kind of food will reduce your health and make you prone to sickness and poos health, which is really going to cost a lot of money to fix. |
