| Moving to Montana The time is getting closer, we are moving to Montana this Friday! Kalispell, to be exact, I am going there to volunteer as a youth crew leader for Montana Conservation Corps. I will keep you updated on the program as it progresses. Josh, my fiance, is coming with me.
I have a few resolutions for Montana living, a fresh start you might say. First, we are attempting to be frugal with our money, penny-pinch and become tightwads while at the same time upholding our values and lessening our exposure to toxic chemicals. Basically my goals include eating a vegan diet high in whole grains, vegetables, beans and legumes, nuts, seeds, and healthy fats such as extra virgin olive oil and getting back into running again. Since winter has started and we are back in PA, Ive gotten very much lazy. I stopped running and started eating fast food more often, the result being an unwanted extra 7 pounds. Yep, so even if its so cold my face is about to freeze off, I am going to run, for my health and for my state of mind and happiness.
