The Frugal Filmmaker: Cell Phone Slate

Thank author of this post/commentwww.thefrugalfilmmaker.com There is a very cool app on the iPhone which creates as small animated slate for marking scenes. I don't have an iPhone, so am I out of luck if I want my own handy slate that I carry with me at all times? No way! BigClock 2.83 http BigClock 2.83t (for Treo 600 and Centro) www.freewarepalm.com Countdown timer programs should be available for any smart phone.

Great alternative to the clapper app for the iPhone. This is really essential for those independent filmmaker who wanted to make the most out of their budget. Yeah, sure iPhone has some of the most coolest app, but if you are running on a tight budget and your primary focus is the production process of your movies, why waste most of your budget availing the cellphone itself. Thanks Frugal Filmmaker.

Thanks for these gadget and cell phone application, all of us have the chance to edit our own film.

I think this is great for those who wants to have something to help them up with their film making. Not all are good in film making, and with this kind of application, users have the power to create their own masterpiece the frugal way. I'd better have that one too.

SO wait, what is the big deal with this? This a clapper app, or does it actually film the scenes for you? I really do not get it. I guess everyone can be a frugal film maker nowadays because there is such a market for home videos, though not all are worth watching, I am sure. Still you do get a prodigy now and then which is entertaining enough.
